Reweaving What Matters Retreat

What to Expect

You've tried the frameworks. You've read the books. And still the same patterns hold. This is a weekend to step out of the doing and connect — with the natural world, and with yourself — and to begin Unweaving what no longer serves. Tucked into 88 acres of forest and waterfalls north of Seattle, this is a small, unhurried gathering for people ready to look honestly at the threads of their own lives and work. Drawing on the practice at the heart of Reweaving What Matters, we'll spend the weekend close to the loom — both the one inside us and a real one in the room — noticing what's worn thin, clarifying what each pattern is quietly protecting, and taking a first true step toward something better.

WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH

A clear, repeatable practice — and the practical tools to keep using it long after the weekend. You’ll leave with a next step you trust, a plan grounded in what’s possible, and the footing to build the environment you actually want to be part of.

Day One - Gathering

Settle into your room and breathe. We share dinner at 6:00, then an evening of hands-on art at the loom, easy conversation, and quiet reflection — and each of us names the one thread we've come to work with.

Day Two - Unweaving

Notice what's actually there. Clarify what the pattern is protecting — and what it costs. A long midday pause by the water, a walk in the woods open to all, and hands on the loom while the work settles.

Day Three - The Way Forward

Look toward your first Act — choose your direction and one doable next step, not a grand plan. A first glimpse of the Reweaving ahead, so you leave grounded: a clear step, a plan you trust, and a real sense of what's possible
